VEHICLE TOWING ENFORCEMENT
Dear CFW Residents,
Effective May 17th, 2022, we will be enforcing the parking rules in the community. Vehicles not in compliance will be towed from the community. Landlords are required to inform their tenants.
Parking Rules Reminders (Section 14.5 of HOA Documents-see below)
All resident vehicles are to be parked in the garage or driveway.
No vehicle shall block the sidewalk or protrude into an alley or roadway.
No vehicles shall be parked on any portion of Centra Falls that may block roadways, alleys, or sidewalks.
Only guests are allowed to park in Guest Parking. No residents are allowed.
All guests will be required to park outside of Centra Falls West to the extent that the driveway of a home is not available for guest parking and to the extent that no guest parking spaces are available.
No inoperable vehicles allowed in the community except for those housed in a garage. This includes vehicles with flat tires.
No repair or maintenance, except emergency repair, of vehicle.
No commercial advertising on vehicles.
No covers on vehicles at any time.
No car shall have expired tags or expired license plates.
No for sale signs allowed on vehicles.
No boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, campers are not allowed except if in a garage.
Any vehicle found in violation will be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner. The association shall not be liable to the owner for any damages or cost
