TICKETING PROCEDURE
Dear CFW Residents,
Based on the community’s feedback, we will adopt the ticketing process as of May 17th, 2022, to assist with identifying violations. Please Note: A ticket is not a fine. A ticket is a warning.
Below, please find the ticketing procedure that will be in place.
1st Infraction –
A ticket will be issued for the violation and left at the property (House, vehicle, etc.). A picture will be taken for the community records and a courtesy email will be sent to the resident.
2nd Infraction –
If a vehicle - the vehicle will be towed from CFW premises immediately. All other violations - An official violation notice will be issue to the resident.
Any further infractions
